We are excited to invite full-time residents to join our community. Our Residential Services program is ideal for individuals with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities who are prepared to live independently with compassionate support.

Whether it’s a private apartment or a shared living space, we thoughtfully choose the best living arrangements to foster each resident’s growth. Every resident benefits from daily support provided by our dedicated, round-the-clock staff, who understand their needs.

Our personalized approach includes:

• Friendly Faces – In your family member’s home, a dedicated and experienced staff member will reside and sleep onsite continuously for three full days instead of following a day/night shift rotation. This slower, more consistent pace has proven to enhance the success and comfort of our residents.
• Nutritious Meals – Have picky eaters or food enthusiasts? We welcome them all! Proper nutrition is vital for maintaining health and happiness. Our caregivers engage residents in every aspect of meal planning, from selecting dishes to grocery shopping and preparing fresh, delicious meals. We gladly accommodate your family member’s favorite foods and encourage them to explore and enjoy new culinary experiences.
• Social Connections – A fulfilling life thrives within a strong community. Families and friends play a crucial role in achieving successful independent living. We facilitate resident visits, shared meals, and group activities that unite all our families.
